KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing blind man.
Melvin Strode, 52, was last seen on Thursday, Sept. 3, around 5 a.m., at his home near 75th Street and State Avenue.
Strode is a Black man, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 190 pounds. He has black hair, a full beard and a mustache. Strode was last seen wearing a grey shirt, grey pants and black shoes. He has a tattoo on his forearm that says “RIP” and an unknown name…
