KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City leaders, including Mayor Quinton Lucas and Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, will break ground this Wednesday on a new pedestrian bridge across Brush Creek.
The MLK Pedestrian Bridge is designed to connect surrounding neighborhoods on the north and south banks of Brush Creek and create a safe route to a new playground at Martin Luther King Jr. Park.
