KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Silver Alert has been issued for a Raytown man with dementia, police say.
The Raytown Police Department is searching for 67-year-old Billy G. Williams. He was last seen walking away from his home at 10000 E. 85th Terrace around 5 p.m. Sunday.
Williams is a Black male, 5′7″ and around 137 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an NYPD ball cap, red shirt and dark blue jogging pants. He has a full beard.
