KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway announced her office sent cease-and-desist letters to 8 Kansas City-area marijuana retailers, alleging they mislead consumers.
Hanaway’s office said the eight stores falsely claimed they were licensed dispensaries authorized to sell marijuana products.
The letters were issued to:
- Quality Floral LLC
- Prohibition Cannabis
- Motion City LLC
- GasHouse KC LLC
- Dr. Smoke
- TCB Collections LLC d/b/a TCB Cannabis Collections Company
- edmcapital LLC d/b/a Sacred Leaf KC Dispensary
- Shroomland LLC d/b/a Shroomland Dispensaries
