KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Police have opened an investigation into a hit-and-run crash in Kansas City after a cyclist was killed over the weekend.
The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department says the incident happened near 37th and Cleveland Ave., blocks away from Seven Oaks Park, around 11:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 26.
