PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. (KCTV) – A suspect who was in possession of a loaded illegal gun was caught with the help of a grappler device.
The Prairie Village Police Department shared video Tuesday afternoon of dashcam footage as an officer pursued a car just after midnight on Monday, April 13.
