Gov. Mike Kehoe has announced a judicial appointment to the 16th Judicial Circuit, naming a Kansas City attorney to serve in Jackson County.
Patricia Marie “Tricia” Scaglia, of Kansas City, has been appointed associate circuit judge for Jackson County within the 16th Judicial Circuit.
