La Tiara taco shells, made in KC area, back on Walmart shelves nationwide

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) — It’s official! La Tiara taco shells are back on Walmart shelves.

General Mills announced Thursday that La Tiara taco shells and seasonings, including three new flavors, will be available nationwide exclusively at Walmart and Walmart.com, beginning Monday.

The thin, crispy corn taco shells and seasoning products originated in the Kansas City suburb of Gladstone and developed a loyal following across the Midwest.
