KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Mizzou running back Ahmad Hardy has been released from the hospital on Tuesday, after being shot at a concert in Laurel, Mississippi.
Hardy plans to head back to campus immediately and start rehabbing with plans of playing this upcoming season, according to reports.
Police say Hardy suffered a gunshot wound in his upper leg and underwent surgery on Sunday at Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.
