INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – An Independence mother is suing Cargo Largo after cocaine and fentanyl were found inside her 4-year-old’s Barbie packaging.
Court records show the suit was filed against Recovery Management Corporation, which operates the discount retailer at 3232 S. Noland Rd. in Independence.
