KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A person of interest is in custody after an overnight fire destroyed about 19 residential units and displaced multiple families in Kansas City, Kansas, police said in a Facebook post.
The fire happened in the 1400 block of North 38th Street. Authorities said no civilians or first responders were injured.
The American Red Cross responded to the scene to assist families who had been living in the affected units…
