KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A grand jury indicted an Independence man Thursday in connection to a shooting at Independence Center nearly three years ago.
Court documents filed in Jackson County on Thursday, June 18, revealed nine felony charges against 21-year-old Leandre Peterson Jr. for a shooting on Nov. 10, 2023, at the Independence Center mall.
