KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Memorial Park Cemetery will host its Second Annual Memorial Day program at 11 a.m on Monday at 8251 Hillcrest Rd., – and organizers say everyone is welcome.
Leaders note that the event, presented in partnership with Park Lawn Funeral Home, is open to all families and friends who want to honor veterans, regardless of when they passed or where their services were held.
Attendees are invited to take part in a Remembrance Wreath Ceremony, where they can speak the name of a veteran they are honoring and place a poppy in their memory…
