HOUSTON – Severe storms in the Houston area have been so extreme, some areas are seeing an inch of rain in 10 minutes. Other parts of the area have already seen 2-3″ of rain and KPRC 2 Meteorologist Caroline Brown says those same areas could see 2-3″ more.
