Houston Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the murder of a woman in the 3100 block of Elmside Drive Feb. 23. Police arrested Leashtain Blanks, 17 and charged him with murder in the 337 State District Court. A second male suspect, 16, has been referred to the Harris County Juvenile Probation authorities on a murder charge.
