Two Florida men are facing federal fraud charges after allegedly running a $6.7 million kickback scheme that defrauded a major electronics manufacturer based in New Jersey.
Brian Normann, 46, of Orlando, and Anthony William Rossi III, 75, of Mount Dora, were indicted by a federal grand jury in May on a single count of conspiracy to commit honest services fraud and wire fraud. According to U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer, the men appeared before Senior U.S. District Judge William J. Martini in Newark for their arraignments over the past two weeks.
