Two vacant lots in Orlando’s 32805 zip code could become affordable single-family homes under a new city solicitation—but first, developers have to win the right to build them.
The City of Orlando is inviting proposals to redevelop two city-owned parcels in the Orange Blossom Trail Community Redevelopment Area: 1028 Colyer Street (3,642 square feet) and 1212 W. Jefferson Street (4,735 square feet). Proposals were due by June 30, and the city reserves the right to reject any or all of them.
