Orlando officers use Narcan to revive man after reported fentanyl overdose

ORLANDO, Fla. (CBS12) — Orlando police officers used Narcan to revive a man during a reported fentanyl overdose just south of downtown Orlando, according to the police department.

The Orlando Police Department said its Downtown Bike officers responded Aug. 12 to reports that a man was overdosing on fentanyl.

Body-camera video released by the department shows officers arriving beneath an overpass as emergency lights flash nearby. Officers can be seen approaching a vehicle and then tending to the man on a sidewalk…
