POLK COUNTY, Fla. – An Orlando man was arrested Tuesday morning following a foot pursuit that began at a Davenport convenience store, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
A Polk County sheriff’s deputy was inside the Wawa store located at 8103 Lake Wilson Road on July 14, 2026, when an employee reported that a woman at the automated teller machine appeared to be crying.
When the deputy approached the woman, she pointed toward her boyfriend, 41-year-old Jordan Christopher Beans, who was standing by the store’s air pump. The woman told the deputy that Beans had battered her and stated that he had active warrants for his arrest…
