DAVENPORT, Fla. (WFLA) — The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said it is looking to identify a man who grabbed a 13-year-old girl against her will in a Publix in Davenport.
Surveillance video from July 13 shows a man waiting in line at Publix next to the 13-year-old victim.
He moved directly beside the victim and grabbed her right arm around 9:20 a.m., PCSO said.
