POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 32-year-old Davenport man was taken into custody Monday evening after deputies located him at his home on an active arrest warrant for violating his probation.
A deputy with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrived at a residence on South Boulevard around 7:35 p.m. on July 20 to serve the warrant on Jonathan Michael Lang.
Records show Lang was sentenced on July 9 to 363 days of probation following a December 2025 arrest for driving under the influence.
