OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A 5-year-old from Brevard County died on Monday after he drowned in a pool at an Airbnb, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
In a release, an OCSO spokesperson said that deputies responded to the Airbnb off Takeaway Way in Davenport shortly after 1 p.m. for the child, who was located at the bottom of the pool.
“Deputies began life-saving measures on the unconscious child by performing CPR until fire rescue arrived on scene,” the release reads. “The 5-year-old male child was transported to Celebration Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.”…
