Six sent to prison for committing felonies

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- On May 26, Eighth Judicial District Criminal Court Judge Zach Walden sentenced the following offenders to Tennessee Department of Correction custody:

-Misty Dawn Albright, LaFollette, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of Methamphetamine over .5 grams with the intent to sell and was sentenced to 12 years to be served in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction. The case was investigated by the LaFollette Police Department and prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney General Blake A. Mullins.

-Matthew Cobb Jr., Clairfield, pleaded guilty to one count of felon in possession of a handgun and was sentenced to two years to be served in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction.
