KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — A dump truck overturned in West Knox County Wednesday afternoon, spilling 21 tons of rock, Rural Metro Fire said.
Rural Metro crews responded to the crash around 5 p.m. on Yarnell Road at Graybeal. Photos show the truck blocking the road with its load of rock spilled to the side. The driver refused medical care, according to Rural Metro.
