KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A mother and her newly-born child are safe after a surprise delivery on Broadway. It happened early Monday around 2 a.m.
American Medical Response Spokesperson Mike Cohen said that a call came in around 1:50 a.m. AMR responded to the delivery near Broadway and Old Broadway, which is near PureMagic Car Wash, he said.
