KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — One of the four defendants charged in connection to an ICE raid at a Hardin Valley construction site in January has taken a plea deal.
Nicholas Pastore will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to conceal, harbor and shield people who illegally entered the United States for financial gain as part of a plea agreement filed earlier this week.

Other charges against Pastore will be dismissed as part his plea deal. Additionally, he agreed to admit to key facts in the case. Prosecutors agreed to acknowledge that Pastore, who worked as a plumber at the site, was a “minor participant in the case. The move could lead to a lighter punishment if the deal is approved by a judge. According to the plea agreement document, Pastore is facing a sentence of up to 10 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and up to three years of supervised release.
The immigration raid took place on January 13, leading to the indictment of Tyler Shane Wells, 33, of Morristown, and 18-year-old Alexander Bonilla-Servin of Smyrna, on charges of impeding federal agents.
