KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Hancock County man is facing charges after he allegedly used binoculars to look into apartment windows from the top of a parking garage in Knoxville.
According to court records, officers went to the Lake Avenue parking garage Tuesday afternoon after receiving a report of a suspicious man using binoculars to look into apartment windows.
The man, identified as 43-year-old Dusty Cooper, of Sneedville, immediately dropped the binoculars when officers got to the top of the parking garage, court records said…
