KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Twenty-five years after the Sept. 11 attacks, a Knoxville woman says the memories of that day have not faded.

Dian Hall was a lieutenant colonel working at the National Guard Bureau in Washington, D.C., across the interstate from the Pentagon, when the attacks happened.

“It was almost like something out of a movie… everybody’s eyes were just like, oh my gosh, what’s happening?” Hall said.
