KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A real estate listing from CBRE shows First Horizon Plaza, an icon of downtown Knoxville’s skyline, is up for sale. It’s the second such tower to hit the market recently.
The tower, located at 800 Gay St., sits at 27 stories and was built in 1979. The building is described as a “premier business address,” and the listing outlines many of its features, like dedicated parking and its proximity to Knoxville’s center of government and nearby businesses.
