Crest Bowling is officially moving.
In July, owners Jimmy and Kelly Mulholland announced the popular local lanes would be moving out of the county and into Alcoa city, but kept the location under wraps. Part of the reason for that became clear Thursday when city planning commissioners reviewed updates to the municipal parking codes.
