KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Rossini Festival filled downtown Knoxville with free performances and entertainment this weekend.
Knoxville Opera’s annual international street fair brings four outdoor stages, more than 75 artisan vendors and food trucks to the heart of the city. The festival ran until 10 p.m. Saturday and will return Sunday from noon to 7 p.m.
