LOUISVILLE, Tenn. — Louisville Mayor Jill Pugh said a property owner, who has owned a plot of land near the corner of Louisville and Topside roads for years, is considering developing a mixed-use concept in the space.
“He has owned this property for many years, he’s had a couple of plans to do something with the property, so he wants to share his concept plan that he has developed with the community,” she said.
