Knox County grand jury indicts man accused in deadly Christmastime crash

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Knox County grand jury has found there’s enough evidence to indict Brent Morgan, the Deerlodge man accused of killing two people in a DUI crash the day after Christmas in 2024.

Morgan now faces five charges: two counts of vehicular homicide, one count of vehicular assault, one count of aggravated assault and one count of reckless endangerment.
