KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A car crashed into a utility pole on South Castle Street and Martin Luther King Jr Avenue, causing a power outage Thursday, the Knoxville Fire Department said.
By 2:15, the Knoxville Utilities Board’s power outage map indicated that power had been restored to the area. Earlier, KUB reported that around 75 customers in the area of the crash were without power.
