KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries will be hosting its first-ever jewelry showcase event next week, featuring donated premium estate pieces.
The sale will be held on Saturday, May 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at KARM’s 180 North Peters Road location in West Knoxville.

At the event, KARM says there will be more than 250 items, from pearls and gemstones to sterling silver and gold in a range of styles. A microscope and Gemoro Auracle gold tester will also be on site to verify the authenticity of any item, as well as a digital scale to confirm weights.
For those looking to snag a bit more bang for their buck, KARM will also be offering $59.99 mystery boxes that weigh at least 4 pounds and contain a mix of vintage and modern items as well as $49.99 clear grab bags containing at least 30 pieces of jewelry.

KARM added that the mystery boxes will be contain at items valuing least $300, and grab bags will contain items with a total value of $225, however, items inside those packages could be worth far more than the cost of the box or bag.
While the showcase is happening specifically at one store, KARM said all of its 27 locations will be receiving additional jewelry for the weekend…
