KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The City of Knoxville is testing its first designated outdoor refreshment area, commonly referred to as DORA, in Market Square this summer, and it’s already drawing rave reviews.
“It’s going to be nice to be able to go through and hit all the different shops and be able to carry your beer around here,” said John Hanna.
Hanna is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. He said that his hometown already has a similar program in place.
