KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee is launching a program to help drivers and passengers with medical conditions, and several enrollment locations are open in Knoxville.
According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation, the Yellow DOT program is for any driver or passenger with a medical condition, an allergy or who takes daily prescriptions, although the initial focus was on senior drivers.
