Knoxville alerts fans to online parking scam for Savannah Bananas games

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The City of Knoxville is warning fans headed to see the Savannah Bananas this weekend of an online scam.

A city social media post on Monday warned that the city is not pre-selling spots in city-owned parking garages for the pair of upcoming games at Covenant Health Park and Neyland Stadium on May 21 and May 23.

Knoxville Area Transit to provide shuttle service to Savannah Banana games

All parking in city garages or surface lots is pay-at-the gate. Knoxville Area Transit will be offering shuttle service to help get people to both games more quickly.
