Knoxville Police investigate stabbing at Magnolia Avenue gas station

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) —A man was stabbed at a Knoxville gas station Thursday evening, and the Knoxville Police Department is investigating.

A KPD spokesperson told 6 News that officers responded to the Good Stop at 3004 Magnolia Avenue around 6:30 p.m. on May 21. They spoke with the victim, a 38-year-old man. He had a cut on his arm and was treated by AMR personnel.

Search for suspect underway after woman assaulted in South Knoxville

Officers reviewed surveillance video from inside the store. The spokesperson said the video appeared to show an unidentified man being confronted by the victim and swiping at him with a knife. The unidentified man was seen leaving in what appeared to be a maroon SUV.
