A man already serving a 10-year prison sentence on narcotics charges in Calcasieu Parish received an additional four-year sentence after pleading guilty to felony drug charges in a separate case in Jeff Davis Parish.
Tyrrance Dangelo Antoine, 27, of New Iberia pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of methamphetamine over 2 grams but less than 28 grams.
According to court records, the court sentenced Antoine to serve four years at hard labor with the Louisiana Department of Corrections for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. The court also imposed an additional four-year sentence at hard labor for possession of methamphetamine. The sentences will run concurrently with each other and concurrently with the 10-year sentence Antoine is currently serving for narcotics-related convictions in Calcasieu Parish…
