One of Youngsville’s favorite family restaurants is getting ready to serve a new corner of Acadiana.
KK’s Cafe will open a second location in Carencro, taking over the former Pizza Amore space located at 3730 NE Evangeline Thruway, Suite F, just off Interstate 49. The move comes only weeks after Pizza Amore announced it would be closing its doors, creating an opportunity for another local favorite to step in.
According to reporting from Adam Daigle with the Acadiana Advocate, owners Lee and Wendy Oubre recently signed a lease for the location and are hoping to complete renovations and open the restaurant before August 1.
