SAN MARCOS, Texas – Emily Smith’s three-run home run and Maddie Hayden’s game-ending, leaping catch secured the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns Softball team a 4-3 win over Texas State in the series finale on Sunday, April 27 at Bobcat Softball Stadium in San Marcos, Texas.
The result gave Louisiana (25-24, 11-10 SBC) a conference series win for the second straight weekend.
