The number of adults in their 20s who have bought homes in the Lafayette area had one of the highest spikes in the U.S., data shows.
The number of Generation Z-owned homes rose from 78 in 2018 to 3,428 in 2023, according to data released from RentCafe, a nationwide apartment search website.
