LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY)- Festival International organizers in downtown Lafayette are implementing weather precautions for this weekend’s event, following heavy rainfall and flooding that impacted last year’s festival.
The measures come after nearly six inches of rain fell last year, causing flooding in downtown Lafayette during scheduled festival activities.
