POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 35-year-old Eagle Lake man was arrested on May 21st after the property owner and local deputies discovered he had been repeatedly entering a local residence without permission.
Todd Michael Lebouton faces multiple charges after the owner of the property, a New York resident, noticed signs of ‘unauthorized’ entry and contacted the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies first responded to the Eagle Lake property on May 20th. While the home was unoccupied at the time, investigators discovered evidence indicating someone had recently been inside.
