POLK CITY, Fla. — Three people were arrested on a highway shoulder in Polk City after a fight broke out between a pick-up truck driver, a semi-truck driver, and another individual over alleged reckless driving.
Based on arrest reports reviewed by 10 Tampa Bay News, a trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol got to a scene after getting reports of a road rage incident on I-4 on Thursday morning.
