A 58-year-old man was killed in a in a dirt-bike accident at the Bone Valley ATV Park in southern Polk County, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The accident happened shortly before noon on April 13. The park is located off County Road 630 about two and a half miles east of State Road 37 near the Brewster community south of Mulberry and Bradley Junction.
The Sheriff’s Office said no witnesses observed the crash, but video from the man’s GoPro camera showed him riding a blue KTM dirt bike through one of the park’s trails at a moderate speed when he went over an incline and lost control.
