Several blueberry festivals are happening in Florida this April!
The Mount Dora Blueberry Festival is happening at Donnelly Park celebrating the peak of local blueberry harvesting. The 2026 festival takes place on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
Highlights of the weekend include a blueberry pancake breakfast served each morning until noon, live music, and the highly anticipated Blueberry Pie Eating Contest, which takes place at 2:00 PM on both days for youth and adult divisions. Visitors can browse over 100 craft and artisanal vendors, purchase blueberry plants to grow at home, and enjoy unique treats such as blueberry beer, wine, and freshly baked pies prepared by local culinary students.
While admission is free, guests are encouraged to use the complimentary shuttle service running from the parking area at 900 Lincoln Avenue to avoid downtown traffic…
