Sheriff Grady Judd sounds alarm for drivers passing stopped school buses

POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Sheriff Grady Judd is sounding the alarm about drivers not paying attention or failing to stop for school buses. He said the number of citations is not going down.

According to Sheriff Judd, they are still issuing 60 to 100 of these citations every single day.

“Since September of ’25, we have issued, are you ready for this, 7,244 traffic citations,” he said…
