WINTER HAVEN, Fla. — A Pennsylvania man is facing multiple felony charges after Winter Haven police say he repeatedly threatened to kill a woman he met through Instagram following a brief online relationship.
Officers responded to a call in late April from a woman who reported she was receiving harassing and threatening phone calls after she met 29-year-old Hector Manuel Cruz of Girard, Pennsylvania, about a month earlier on Instagram.
